ATTENTION: NEW POLICY TAKES PLACE EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2023
Effective September 1, 2023 Holton Street Clinic will be implementing a NO SHOW policy.
For over 20 years, Holton Street Clinic has been able to maintain our pricing structure. That means in 2003 it was the same $40 fee to be seen as it is today. One barrier we face as an organization to maintain our prices is Patient No Call No Shows. In order to maintain our pricing and services we will be implementing a NO CALL NO SHOW policy.
Effective September 1, 2023, Holton Street Clinic will be implementing a NO CALL NO SHOW policy. HSC Staff will classify an appointment as No Call No Show if the appointment isn’t cancelled or rescheduled within 4 hours of the start of the appointment. After three (3) No Call No Show incidents a $20 booking deposit will be implemented. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the visit it is used to book-or a properly rescheduled appointment. We understand situations occur, but failure to cancel or reschedule properly prevents us from seeing other people in need of care. We are here to help, so give us a call.
